What is Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is a collection of marinas owned and operated by Seven Kings Holdings, a leader in marina management, located throughout the East coast of Florida. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ currently includes nine (9) facilities from north to south: Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lantana, South Lantana, Hollywood, Aventura, North Miami Beach and Miami. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers wet and dry slips, depending on the location, and provides unsurpassed service and amenities. All Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities are open to the public and offer transient, monthly, seasonal or annual slip rentals.

What are the benefits of joining from Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is open to the public and we consider our tenants “Members.” Each property offers comparable benefits including concierge level service, on-site amenities such as captain’s lounges with complimentary gourmet coffee, newspapers and boating publications, clean upscale restrooms, reciprocal use of other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities, virtual offices with fax, copy and internet access.

Each property has unique benefits such as wet slips, dry slips, annual leases, seasonal leases, weekly or daily transients opportunities. Laundry facilities, on-site repairs and maintenance, haul-out, fuel such as hi-octane gasoline or marine grade diesel, on-site restaurants, pools, gymnasium, spa, cable, phone and/or other amenities are again unique to each Loggerhead Club & Marina™.

Membership in Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers traditional marina access with modern amenities, social interaction such as rendezvous and picnics, and singular ownership providing continuity and consistency.

What is the relationship between Loggerhead Club & Marina™ and Loggerhead Marinelife Center?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is committed to marine conservation. Therefore, Loggerhead Club & Marina™ agreed to make a near seven figure contribution to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center for the construction of a new 13,000 square foot campus in Juno Beach, Florida. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a marine hospital and rehabilitation center whose mission is to assist injured sea life, especially endangered sea turtles, and educate the public about conservation of our treasured waterways.

We encourage our Members to visit and support the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. We will be adding a kiosk to each marina to provide helpful tips on the water. Is Loggerhead Club & Marina™ a “Clean Marina”?
Our marinas in Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, South Lantana, Hollywood and Aventura are designated “Clean Marinas.” The other marina’s are in various states of approval for their respective designations as Clean Marinas.

Do you have Wet Slips?
Hollywood offers 189 wet slips with fixed concrete piers for both power and sailing yachts. The slips range in size from 30 to 120 feet.

What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
Hollywood’s controlling depth is approximately 8 feet at low tide for both the entrance channel and within the fairways and slips.

Do you have Dry Storage?
We do not have Dry Storage at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood. We do, however, have several Dry Storage marinas in the Loggerhead Club & Marina™ family including Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lantana and Miami.

Do you rent boats?
We do not rent boats at our marina. If you are interested in a charter boat, we can assist you in arranging and charters may come into our marina to pick up clients. We can also assist you in local rental boat companies.

How do I get to Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood?
From I-95 -- Exit I-95 at Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Travel east on Hallandale Beach Boulevard approximately 2.5 miles to Three Islands Boulevard (do not cross the bridge over the ICW on Hallandale Beach Boulevard). Turn left on to Three Islands Blvd. Pass through the security gate (it opens automatically upon approach) and travel approximately 1.25 miles to the entrance to the Harbor Islands neighborhood. Loggerhead Club & Marina, Hollywood is located in the luxurious Harbor Islands neighborhood. Stop at the gate and request entrance to the Marina. The security guard will admit you and give directions to the Harbor Master’s Office. Travel time from I-95 is approximately 15 minutes.

From Florida’s Turnpike – Exit the Turnpike at I-595 eastbound. Follow I-595 east to I-95 south. Travel approximately 3 miles south on I-95 to Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Travel east on Hallandale Beach Boulevard approximately 2.5 miles to Three Islands Boulevard (do not cross the bridge over the ICW on Hallandale Beach Boulevard). Turn left on to Three Islands Blvd. Pass through the security gate (it opens automatically upon approach) and travel approximately 1.25 miles to the entrance to the Harbor Islands neighborhood. By Water: You can access Loggerhead Club & Marina, Hollywood from either Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale north of our facility or Baker’s Haulover Inlet, south (please note: Haulover Inlet’s fixed bridge clearance it 32 ft.). Loggerhead Club & Marina - Hollywood is located South of the Hollywood Blvd. bridge and North of the Hallandale Beach Blvd. bridge on the west side of the ICW at Red Marker #42. There is a sign which reads ‘Harbor Islands Marina’ (our former name) on the bulkhead at the entrance channel. We are approximately 6 miles south of Port Everglades and 5 miles north of Baker’s Haulover Inlet. There are 3 bascule bridges between the facility and Port Everglades. These bridges open on schedule at the quarter hour.

What are the hours for Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood?
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week. All Loggerhead Club & Marina™ locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

What do we do if there is an emergency after hours?
The marina office phones are forwarded nightly to an answering service. The service will contact the Harbor Master or other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ official in the event of an emergency. If the incident involves an injury or the law is being broken, please dial 911. A call to the marina office is also appreciated.

What is the closest airport?
Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport is approximately 10 miles north of Loggerhead Club & Marina, Hollywood. The Airport is easily accessed either from US 1 or I-95, and travel time to the Airport is approximately 20 minutes. Our Office staff will gladly call a friendly Checker Cab to arrange for your travel from the Marina to the Airport or upon arrival, you may call them directly for pick-up. Checker Cab’s number is (954) 923-9999, and their cars are an easy to see blue and white color.

Do you allow live-aboards?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood does not allow live-aboards. The marina is located within a single family gated subdivision called Harbor Islands. Please check with our Harbor Master for more information.

Do you offer new or used boat sales?
We do not offer new or used boat sales at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood. Please feel free, however, to contact our Harbor Master for assistance regarding sales, boat rentals, charters or other leasing opportunities.

Do you sell gas or diesel?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood does not currently sell fuel. However, fuel delivery by truck is available at your slip through Admiral Oil. Please contact the Marina Office for details.

Do you sell bait?
We do not sell live or frozen bait on site. We would be happy to provide directions to the nearest bait & tackle store and secure transportation for you if necessary. Our Ship Store will carry boating essentials including soda, beer, ice and soft goods such as hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets.

Do you have on-site pump-out service and how do I arrange for pump-out service?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Hollywood is equipped with a state-of-the-art central vacuum pump-out system with connections convenient to every slip in the facility. Pump-out service is available 7 days per week during business hours. Please call the Marina Office for an appointment. Our friendly dock attendants will meet you at your vessel at your scheduled time and take care of the process for you. Our system is clean, sanitary, odor-free, and for members, it is included as part of your utility service (non-members pump-out fee is $5.00).

How far away is the beach?
The World Famous beaches of Hollywood are located just across the ICW approximately 2.25 miles away by car. The John Lloyd State Park in Dania (at the intersection of Dania Beach Blvd. and A1A) offers secluded beaches, shady pines, and picnic shelters. The park is a short 4 mile drive on A1A north of the facility. South Florida’s only clothing optional beach is located at Haulover Park adjacent to Baker’s Haulover Inlet, approximately 5 miles south on A1A.

Are there any beaches or islands nearby that we can drop anchor and swim?
John Lloyd State Park in Dania includes canals accessible from the ICW. You can beach your dinghy and enjoy the nature trails and picnic grounds.

Are there any areas close by to go water skiing?
The ICW near the facility is slow speed and no skiing permitted. A water ski area is located in Ft. Lauderdale north of Sunrise Blvd on the Middle River. For details, please consult a waterway map or the Marina Office.

Are there any restaurants on the water that we can get to?
A wide variety of restaurants line the ICW in Hollywood. Most all offer docking facilities. For details or suggestions, please call the Marina office.

Are there any fixed bridges in the area and if so, what is the height limit?
There are no fixed bridges traveling north to Port Everglades. Traveling south, there is a fixed bridge at the William Leyman Causeway (65’), Baker’s Haulover Inlet (32’) and the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami (52’).

What are the hours of the bridges for your marina?
The bridges operate 24 hours per day, on schedule approximately on the quarter hour.
